What is Laughter Yoga  
  Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise developed by an Indian physician Dr. Madan Kataria in the 90s and it becomes popular in the States and some other countries. Laughter Yoga is a simulation of bodily exercise with laughter that works together with the cognitive, emotional and physical component as it focuses on group dynamic interaction that is modulated by the leader. It includes stretching, chanting and body movement under guidance and with unconditional laughter that interact in the group.  
       
  Target participants  
  Participants who would like to apply Laughter Yoga to improve self happiness and in the workplace, e.g. Health care workers / students, Social workers / students, teachers, etc.

  Contact Hours  
  A total of 14 contact hours are divided into 3 sessions, details are as follows:

26th September 2015 (Saturday), 9:30am - 1:30pm
3rd October 2015 (Saturday), 9:30am - 5pm
27th October 2015 (Tuesday), 6:30pm - 9:30pm

* The fee includes Laughter Yoga International certification#, online support services, workshop handbook and a "Laughter" cap

# Qualifications for a participant to obtain the certificate:
(1) Attended all the 3 sessions, and
(2) Successfully finished a written report on conducting 2 self-initiated laughter yoga sessions
