Registration



Pre-registration is required. Each registrant should complete a separate registration form. Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration and full payment. If you do not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Conference Secretariat at healthy.ageing@polyu.edu.hk.


Registration fee

Remarks:

  • Lunch on Day 1 and the coffee breaks with refreshments are included.
  • The registration fee DO NOT include accommodation.
  • #To be eligible for student rate, delegate must be a full-time student and a copy of student ID card must be submitted during registration as proof.


Cancellation Policy

Refund of cancellation of registration will be made subject to the following deadlines and administrative charges:

Cancellation Date Refund
On or before 31 August 2023 50% of the fee paid*
After 31 August 2023 No Refund

*Remarks: Any bank handling charges will be deducted from the amount of refund.

Cancellation of registration must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat on or before 31 August 2023 and the refund will be made after the Conference. The registration fee is non-refundable for any no-show.
