社區健康工作坊系列

為慶祝香港理工大學護理學院世界衛生組織社區健康服務合作中心開幕，本院將於二零零九年八月至十二月期間舉行一系列的社區健康工作坊。

工作坊內容配合本院的研究範疇而設計，主題包括：建立無煙家庭、長者預設晚晴護理計劃、過渡期健康護理、婦女健康及青少年健康等。

工作坊亦提供機會，讓專業同業和公眾認識本院的護理研究項目，以及分享有助改善及加強社區健康服務的創新意見。

Community Health Workshop Series
to celebrate the inauguration of WHOCC

To celebrate the upcoming inauguration of the World Health Organization Collaborating Centre for Community Health Services (WHOCC), School of Nursing (SN) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a series of community health workshops will be held from August to December 2009.

The workshops, will cover a wide range of SN on-going research areas, with themes such as promotion of smoke-free families, advance care planning programme for the elderly, transitional care management, women’s health and adolescent health. The workshops are an opportunity for the professional and public to learn more about our research projects, as well as and to exchange new and innovative ideas on ways to improve and strengthen local community health services.
