For day registration, conference fee is HK$500 per day per person. To register, please download and return the Day Registration Form here or approach Conference Secretariat for information. All payment should be paid in Hong Kong Dollars by mailing your cheque with the Form before the conference or cash-on-site each day at registration table.

Payment methods:

1. By VISA or MasterCard credit cards:

  • Conference fee can be paid by VISA or MasterCard credit card through our SSL secured Online Payment Registration System after completing your online registration form.
  • If you don’t have a credit card, other delegate can pay the conference fee on your behalf. Please remember to enter the registration code given by the online registration system after filling your registration form when paying for someone else.

2. By Money Order:

  • You can also pay the conference fee by sending a money order, which payable to “The Hong Kong Polytechnic University”, in HK dollars to the conference secretariat. Please remember to write your registration code, given by the online registration system, at the back of the money order.

3. By Bank Wire Transfer:

  • In addition, you can also pay the conference fee by bank wire transfer in HK dollars to our bank account. All bank charges should be paid by the attendants. Our bank account details are listed below for your reference:

    After the wire transfer, please send a copy of the bank remittance advice to the Conference Secretariat by e-mail or fax for registration confirmation process.

4. By Cheque (for local delegates only):

  • Local cheque can be send to the Conference Secretariat by mail and a payment confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail account once your cheque payment is cleared.
  • Sorry! No overseas cheque payment will be accepted!

All payment must be made in Hong Kong Dollars. For successful online credit card payment, a payment confirmation e-mail will be issued by the University’s Finance Office as an official e-receipt. Please contact the Conference Secretariat if a paper receipt is required. Any cancellation or change must be received and confirmed by the Conference Secretariat in writing via letter, fax or e-mail before April 30, 2011 for a 70% refund of total payment. No refunds will be granted after this date or for no-shows. The refund will be processed one month after the conference, less the applicable taxes and bank handling charges. If credit card payment is unavailable in your area, please refer to the above or contact the Conference Secretariat for other possible payment methods.
