A) Student Hall of Residence, PolyU
The PolyU Student Halls of residence was completed in August 2002. It is strategically located at the Hung Hom district of Kowloon peninsula, with MTR Hung Hom Station (East Rail Line), the ferries and buses in the vicinity for easy access to every corner of Hong Kong. The tranquil surrounding of the Hall, in addition to the renowned shopping malls with fine dining and entertainment facilities in the neighbourhood, make it an ideal place for residence, downtown business and sightseeing.
Student Halls Guest Notice:
- Due to the Student Halls Policy, rooms for male and female are located in separate floors and couples cannot stay in the same room. Therefore, for couples who want to stay together, please contact the conference secretariat for assistance.
- All rooms are designed for double occupancy. Every two adjoining rooms form a self-contained unit, sharing a toilet and shower room.

B) A suggested bundle of hotel accommodation options is listed below for the benefit of Conference participants. These hotels are located in the neighbourhood of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) and most are within walking distance of The PolyU. Early reservation for accommodation is highly recommended.
