Method of Registration

1.   Online Registration is highly recommended. It can ensure that your registration will be processed quickly.

2.   For those who cannot register online, please complete the Registration Form and return it to the Conference Secretariat by

     Please note that registration through email will not be accepted.

Full conference fee includes admission to all sessions, including Opening and Closing Ceremony, Keynote Sessions, Plenary Sessions, Concurrent Sessions, Play after Work Sessions, Conference Playday on 9 January, Tea Reception, Conference Dinner on 8 January, Conference Satchel and Conference Proceedings. Lunches are not included.

Method of Payment

Payment of registration fee should be made by one of the following methods:

•    Credit Card: We only accept Visa or MasterCard. Please complete the credit card payment section on the registration form.

•    Bankdraft/Cheque: Bankdraft/Cheque should be made payable to “The Hong Kong Polytechnic University”. Please type or print your name, organization and full correspondence address on the back of the Bankdraft/Cheque and mail it together with the registration form to the Conference Secretariat.

Registration form received without payment will not be processed. Please do not send cash.

Cancellation and Refund Policy on Conference Registration

A 50% refund of fees will apply if cancellation of registration in writing is received at the Conference Secretariat before 9 November 2007. No refunds will be made thereafter.
